Get the most out of your foreign property
Our purpose is to optimise your pleasure in using your foreign property over many years. We offer owners inspiration, support and the opportunity to save money, all funded by the international property industry and our partners.
Whether your property is freehold, leasehold or timeshare, British-resident owners all share the same issues associated with travel, access, currency and protection. In practical terms, this means everything from: getting to an airport or ferry / train, the terminal experience, possibly a stay at a local hotel, changing currency, possible visa requirements, the transit experience, local car hire, travel and property insurance, property maintenance and legal matters. We are here to help.
Representing and resolving members issues
AIPO acts as a hub to collate any issues you have and to potentially help resolve them. Making representation, on your behalf, to authorities and governments may be required several times over the lifetime of your foreign property ownership. AIPO is a member of the Tourism Alliance, along with the likes of ABTA, the CBI and The European Holiday Home Association. Through the Tourism Alliance we can access UK MP’s and the Lords, key government departments and the EU. If required, AIPO may seek to crowdfund a collective budget with which to further key representation, lobbying or legal issues on owners behalf.
