AIPO offers free legal advice in three ways:

Advice on conveyancing and other property-related matters currently covers 22 countries from our professional partners, AIPP’s specialist legal members. If you have a general legal enquiry about an overseas property purchase, or are an owner experiencing difficulties, simply complete the online enquiry form below and a lawyer will be in touch to help (advice currently available only on freehold & leasehold properties).

Please note: The members of the Legal Working Group will give up to an hour of advice, and if appropriate provide a legal opinion in writing as to the situation, possible options going forward, and potential costs of proceeding with each option.  You are under no obligation to engage the lawyers services after the initial consultation.
