Looking after your property abroad - a unique service for buyers and owners of a foreign property

Prestige Property Services Europe are quite unique within the AIPP membership model.  Where as most members are actually selling property, they offer a support network of services which can assist both other AIPP members and also existing overseas property owners or those who are looking to buy overseas.  The business model is very fluid and it’s not a fixed service so an owner, associate or business partner can use part of their services that are offered or look at a complete package.

The first part of our model is property management where we can help international clients to look after their investment.  From simple key-holding and security checks to regular maintenance such as gardening or indeed changeovers if the property is let out.  Our property managers are all police checked as a requirement to join and must meet the core ethos of customer first with their clients.

In the unusual circumstance when we are unable to assist a client, we have a strong network of trusted partners who must meet the same criteria as our own associates.  Within this model there is an opportunity for new associates to join us where they will benefit from our marketing, knowledge, training and support.  We are often asked to provide services in new territories so there is a great opportunity for a hardworking person or couple to join us.

Within the Property Management network, we also work with other professionals including architects, surveyors, legal professionals etc and pride ourselves on offering a virtual one stop shop.  During recent lockdowns, our services provided invaluable support to many owners unable to travel to their holiday homes, helping keep them in great condition, sending photographic evidence for work down and highlighting anything which may need the owners attention.

The second part of our service is our Marketing and Reservation service so after making that purchase of your dream home, there’s an opportunity to use that asset to help pay for itself by letting it out as a holiday let.  This is a great service for Estate agents/Immobiliers to use as many owners will buy at the top of their budget so why not generate some income from that asset whilst still enjoying this for your own personal use?
